Schoolapalooza Vendor Guidelines

• The event time is from 4-7pm.
• Vendors are required to remain set up throughout the entire event.
• Please arrive by 2pm to be set up by 3pm at the latest.
• This is a rain or shine event, please be prepared for all types of weather.
• Vendors are not allowed to sell anything during the event.
• Be prepared to give away 1500+ school related supplies or promotional items during the event.
• Vendors are responsible for their own booth and supplies including tables, chairs and tents.
• Please confine your booth area to a 10’x10’ area.
• Do not drive your vehicle on the field.

There is a $25 Vendor Fee to help cover the cost of school supplies and advertising for the event.  Please make the payment here.
